Adverse Reaction Policy

  • Contact Kelcey Maree Wellness promptly: We will discuss your symptoms and advise on the best course of action.

  • Seek medical attention if symptoms are severe or worsening: For urgent matters, visit your GP, the nearest medical centre, or call 000 in an emergency.

  • Adverse event reporting: We will assist with reporting the reaction to the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and the manufacturer when necessary.

Should you seek a refund, please contact the product manufacturer directly and follow their reporting procedures.

  • Professional care: We commit to supporting you through any issues that arise and will assist with reporting adverse reactions to the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) when necessary.
